  • Web Design & Development: Creation of responsive websites tailored to client needs.
  • IT Support Services: Remote or on-site technical support and system maintenance.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, timely feedback, and access to systems (if needed). Clients must ensure that their requests comply with local laws and third-party platform policies.

4. Payments & Refunds

  • Payments are due as agreed in project proposals or service contracts.
  • Refunds may be considered only for work not initiated or in the case of service failure, subject to review.
  • Monthly retainer or support plans are billed in advance.

5. Intellectual Property

All custom code, content, or systems developed by 9Bytes remain the property of 9Bytes until full payment is made. Upon payment, ownership is transferred to the client unless otherwise stated.

6. Data Scraping Ethics & Legality

9Bytes only performs scraping on publicly accessible data, and clients must ensure its use complies with applicable laws and data protection guidelines. We reserve the right to decline scraping tasks that breach platform terms or ethical guidelines.

7. Limitation of Liability

9Bytes Technologies shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, data loss, or business disruption caused by system failure, cyberattack, or third-party service outages.

8. Service Availability

We aim to provide high uptime and consistent support, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to services due to maintenance, internet issues, or unforeseen events.

9. Modifications

9Bytes may update these terms occasionally. We will notify clients through our website or email in the event of significant changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
